Our annual sunset flights are back – for one month only

Flights Departing Daily From Squamish Airport. Book Now Until November 15, 2017

Once a year in Squamish the sun, mountains, and weather align to create some of the most spectacular sunsets and alpenglow anywhere on planet earth.

Autumn is goldilocks season: the exact moment when the sun appears to arrive at the intersection of the ecliptic and the celestial equator (called an equinox). And, because of the way the sun’s light refracts in the Earth’s atmosphere in the fall we can actually see the sun for a few minutes after it has truly set.

It is this phenomenon that creates the intense kaleidoscope colours only seen at this time of year; and we’re going to get you eye level with it.

How to book: pick a date on the calendar and enter the total number of passengers in your group. The price ($275) is the total price for a group of 3. If you have a group larger than 3 please call and speak to one of our pilots about booking an extra plane on, +1 604 898 1975.

3 person sunset flight for $275

Until November 19th we will be running an exclusive number of sunset flights each day to get you an unobstructed view of Mother Nature’s annual show.

Sunset flights are between 25 – 30 minutes, depending on available daylight.
